Booking Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 8, 2026
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to Sneakers ’n Snax experiences provided by Soiree etc., including private in-home experiences, group experiences, special events, and pop-up sessions.
By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, making full or partial payment, or completing a reservation, the person making the booking (“Booking Customer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking and Reservation Confirmation
All Sneakers ’n Snax experiences are subject to availability.
A requested date and time are not guaranteed until the required deposit or payment has been received and Soiree etc. has issued a booking confirmation.
The Booking Customer is responsible for reviewing all booking information and promptly notifying Soiree etc. of any errors or requested changes.
2. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve a private or group experience. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the booked experience.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated in the booking confirmation, invoice, or payment request.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit and other payments, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Additional participants, services, materials, upgrades, travel fees, or other approved additions must be paid according to the payment instructions provided by Soiree etc.
3. Pricing
Pricing is based on the selected experience, number of participants, location, duration, materials, and any additional services or upgrades selected.
Prices are subject to change. Once a booking has been confirmed, the confirmed pricing will apply to the services included in that booking. Requested additions or changes may be charged at the pricing in effect when the change is approved.
Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
4. Participant Eligibility
Sneakers ’n Snax experiences are designed for participants age 16 and older.
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Soiree etc. may require a parent or legal guardian to sign the Participant Consent & Safety Waiver before the minor participates.
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by Soiree etc. staff or facilitators.
Soiree etc. reserves the right to prevent or stop participation when a participant’s behavior creates a safety concern for themselves, another participant, staff member, host, venue, or property.
Removal from participation for unsafe or disruptive behavior does not qualify for a refund.
5. Final Participant Count
The Booking Customer must provide the final participant count by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation or other written communication.
The confirmed participant count will be used to prepare materials and supplies.
Refunds will not be provided for participants who cancel, arrive late, leave early, or fail to attend after materials have been purchased or prepared.
Requests to add participants after the final count deadline are subject to availability of materials, staffing, space, and time. Additional payment may be required before participation.
6. Host and Venue Responsibilities
For private and in-home experiences, the Booking Customer or host is responsible for providing a clean, safe, accessible, and suitable workspace for the experience.
The workspace must include sufficient table and seating space for the confirmed number of participants and reasonable access to electrical outlets when required for the experience.
The host is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the property owner, venue, homeowner association, building management, or other applicable authority before the event.
The host must disclose known venue restrictions that could affect setup, equipment use, parking, unloading, adhesives, heat tools, electrical access, or the operation of the experience.
Soiree etc. may modify or decline to use equipment or materials when the workspace is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Travel, Parking, Tolls, and Access Fees
Travel fees may apply based on the event location.
The Booking Customer is responsible for any disclosed parking charges, tolls, valet fees, loading fees, venue access charges, or other location-specific expenses associated with providing the booked experience.
Any applicable travel or access fees will be communicated before the event whenever reasonably possible.
8. Arrival, Setup, and Event Start Time
The Booking Customer must ensure that Soiree etc. has reasonable access to the event location for unloading and setup at the agreed time.
The experience will begin and end according to the confirmed schedule.
Late arrival of participants does not automatically extend the scheduled end time.
Delays caused by unavailable venue access, incorrect location information, parking restrictions, host delays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Soiree etc. may reduce the available experience time.
9. Participant Items and Sneaker Suitability
Unless otherwise stated in the booking description, participants are responsible for providing their own sneakers.
Sneakers must be clean, dry, and in suitable condition for customization.
Participants acknowledge that sneaker materials and finishes vary. Certain adhesives, heat applications, embellishments, patches, rhinestones, pearls, pins, brooches, or other decorative materials may not be appropriate for every sneaker surface or construction.
Soiree etc. does not guarantee identical results across different sneaker brands, materials, finishes, or conditions.
Participants are encouraged not to bring rare, irreplaceable, collectible, vintage, sentimental, or unusually high-value sneakers for customization.
10. Creative Results and Embellishment Durability
Sneakers ’n Snax is a hands-on creative experience. Each participant makes personal creative and design choices during the session.
Results will vary based on the sneaker material, sneaker condition, design choices, embellishment selection, application method, and participant involvement.
Soiree etc. does not guarantee that embellishments will remain permanently attached under all conditions.
Customized sneakers should be handled with care. Exposure to water, washing machines, dryers, excessive heat, friction, chemicals, cleaning products, and heavy wear may damage or loosen embellishments.
Refunds will not be issued solely because a participant changes their mind about a design choice made during the experience.
11. Safety Requirements
Sneakers ’n Snax experiences may involve hot tools, heat application equipment, adhesives, glue guns, small embellishments, pins, sharp components, and other craft materials.
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the facilitator.
Participants may not use equipment in a reckless, unsafe, or unauthorized manner.
Soiree etc. may restrict a participant from using specific equipment or require facilitator assistance when reasonably necessary for safety.
All participants must complete any required Participant Consent & Safety Waiver before participating.
12. Food and Snacks
Some Sneakers ’n Snax experiences may include snacks or refreshments.
Participants and the Booking Customer are responsible for communicating known food allergies or dietary restrictions before the event.
While reasonable efforts may be made to provide ingredient information or appropriate alternatives when arranged in advance, Soiree etc. cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact unless expressly agreed in writing.
Participants with severe allergies should exercise appropriate personal caution and make participation decisions based on their individual needs.
13. Alcohol and Participant Conduct
Unless specifically included in the booked service and legally permitted, Soiree etc. does not provide alcoholic beverages.
If alcohol is provided by a host or venue, the host or venue is responsible for lawful service and compliance with applicable rules.
Participants who appear impaired or who engage in unsafe, threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior may be restricted from using equipment or removed from participation.
No refund will be issued when participation is ended because of unsafe or disruptive conduct.
14. Photography and Media
Photography or video may be taken during Sneakers ’n Snax experiences.
Any use of a participant’s identifiable image for promotional, advertising, social media, website, or marketing purposes will be subject to the applicable consent provided by that participant or, when legally required, the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
Participants who do not consent to promotional use of their image should inform the facilitator before photography begins and indicate their preference on the Participant Consent & Safety Waiver.
15. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
All cancellations, refunds, credits, transfers, and rescheduling requests are governed by the Sneakers ’n Snax Refund & Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of booking, subject to applicable law.
The Booking Customer acknowledges responsibility for reviewing the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing the booking.
16. Property Damage
Participants and hosts are expected to use reasonable care during the experience.
The Booking Customer may be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage to Soiree etc. equipment or property caused by intentional misconduct, reckless conduct, or unauthorized use by the Booking Customer or their guests.
Soiree etc. will use reasonable care while providing services at the host’s location but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or ordinary wear associated with appropriate event setup and operation.
17. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
Soiree etc. will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, government restrictions, venue closures, utility outages, emergencies, natural disasters, or similar events.
When reasonably possible, Soiree etc. will work with the Booking Customer to identify an appropriate alternative date or resolution in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
18. Changes to the Booking
Changes to the event date, time, location, participant count, package, or services must be requested in writing.
Requested changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
A requested change is not confirmed until accepted by Soiree etc. in writing.
19. Governing Law
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Booking Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. Agreement
By completing a booking, submitting a deposit, making full or partial payment, or otherwise confirming a reservation, the Booking Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to:
• These Booking Terms & Conditions
• The Refund & Cancellation Policy
• The applicable booking details and payment schedule
